The Pattison’s Patisserie online store does not ship or deliver. All orders are pick-up only.
During the checkout process you can select a store to pick-up your order from.
REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
Please contact the Store Manager where you collected your order. They will be able to help you with any issues with your order.
During checkout you will be asked to:
Select a store, date and time to pick-up your order.
Enter your personal and payment details.
Confirm your order before submitting payment.
Once payment is processed, your order will be sent to the selected store.
Please go to the store at the specified date and time to collect your order. Orders cannot be accepted with less than 24hrs notice.

Pattison’s Pattiserie does not store any financial information provided to us by our customers. All payments via our website are processed by eWay Australia.
