  1. Pattison’s Patisserie Sweet Rewards Program is operated by Hamnavy Pty. Ltd. trading as Pattison’s Patisserie Fine Bakery & Cafe (ABN 72 070 055 784) of Unit 25/14 Yatala Road, Mount Kuring-gai NSW 2080 (“Pattison’s Patisserie”) and its affiliates (“we”, “us” or “our”). By participating in the Pattison’s Patisserie Loyalty Program (“Sweet Rewards Program”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. The Sweet Rewards Program is only available to residents of Australia and valid within participating Pattison’s Patisserie stores within Australia and the Pattison’s Patisserie website (http://pattisonspatisserie.com.au). Individuals under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to register and participate in the Sweet Rewards Program and the parent/guardian of the individual must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by Pattison’s to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor registering for the Sweet Rewards Program. Employees (and their immediate families) of Pattison’s and agencies associated with the Sweet Rewards Program are ineligible to register for and participate in the Sweet Rewards Program. Immediate family is defined as the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
  2. Download our app to join our free Sweet Rewards Program. Once registered, you can start earning points and receiving special offers and bonuses. If you have difficulties joining, please email lacreme@pattisonspatisserie.com.au for assistance.
  3. Sweet Rewards birthday offer: To receive a special birthday offer, you must register before the first day of the month of your birthday (for example, if your birthday is the 10th of January but you register after the 1st of January, you will not receive the birthday voucher until the following year). Eligible members of the Sweet Rewards Program (“Members”) will receive a $5 gift voucher, which will be added to their membership account and can be used in-store at Pattison’s Patisserie. The $5 gift voucher is valid until the last day of the Member’s birthday month. If the voucher is not redeemed within this period, it will expire and be removed from the Member’s account.
  4. Members can earn Sweet Rewards points (“Points”) on eligible in-store purchases by presenting their loyalty account at the time of purchase and providing their name and phone number. Points cannot be awarded retrospectively for prior purchases.
  5. When multiple items are purchased in the same eligible transaction, Points will be credited for each item purchased.
  6. Only the person paying for products may receive Points for those products, verified by mobile number and full name at the time of purchase or checkout.
  7. For every AUD $1 spent in an eligible in-store transaction, Members will earn 1 Point. Each Point represents $0.025 AUD in reward value. When a Member reaches 200 Points (equivalent to $200 AUD spent in-store), a $5.00 voucher will be issued and added to the Member’s account. This voucher is valid for one month, redeemable in-store only, and only one voucher may be used per transaction.
  8. If a transaction using a voucher is under $5.00, the remaining balance will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  9. Points are not earned on purchases where Points are redeemed as part or full payment.
  10. Points cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash. All points, rewards, discount offers or entitlements accrued under the Sweet Rewards Program are non-transferable, cannot be sold, and cannot be taken as cash. Reward values (where provided) are correct at the date of publication and may vary.
  11. We reserve the right to terminate a Member’s participation in the Sweet Rewards Program if we believe they have engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity or failed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
  12. We and our representatives reserve the right to refuse acceptance of any loyalty account believed to be stolen, fraudulently obtained or unlawfully used.
  13. We reserve the right to verify the validity of Sweet Rewards Program registrations and Members, and to disqualify any individual who breaches these Terms and Conditions or engages in misconduct affecting the integrity of the program.
  14. Incomplete or indecipherable Sweet Rewards Program registrations may be deemed invalid at our discretion.
  15. Only one (1) Sweet Rewards Program registration is permitted per person.
  16. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of a Member or recipient of Points, Pattison’s Patisserie reserves the right to determine identity at its sole discretion.
  17. All decisions made by us in relation to the Sweet Rewards Program are final and binding.
  18. If a Member does not redeem a reward or Points within the specified timeframe, the reward or Points will be forfeited.
  19. We reserve the right to substitute an alternative reward or benefit of equivalent value if a listed reward is unavailable.
  20. If the Sweet Rewards Program is disrupted or cannot operate as reasonably anticipated due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate the program.
  21. Any costs associated with accessing the Pattison’s Patisserie website are the responsibility of the user.
  22. We are not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with participation in the Sweet Rewards Program, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
  23. Pattison’s Patisserie collects personal information to operate the Sweet Rewards Program in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at http://www.pattisonspatisserie.com.au. Personal information will not be disclosed outside Australia.
  24. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, we reserve the right to cancel or suspend the Sweet Rewards Program at any time.
  25. We reserve the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the Sweet Rewards Program or system integrity.
  26. We are not responsible for any tax liability incurred by a Member in connection with the Sweet Rewards Program.
  27. We are not liable for any technical errors associated with crediting rewards or vouchers to a Member’s account.
  28. We are not responsible for communications that are late, lost or misdirected.
  29. We are not responsible for technical malfunctions related to participation in the Sweet Rewards Program.
  30. Members consent to the use of their name, image or likeness for promotional purposes without compensation.
  31. These Terms and Conditions are subject to any additional terms governing specific promotions or offers.
  32. Sweet Rewards accounts do not expire. We may discontinue the Sweet Rewards Program at our discretion without liability.
  33. We may amend the Sweet Rewards Program and these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of changes.
  34. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
